Southern Cannabis Consulting

About Our Founder

Elisha Millan is the founder and owner of Grass Roots Health, Southern Cannabis Consulting, and Fund 129 (a charitable giving effort that aims to promote healthcare research, hemp-as-healthcare advocacy efforts, and opiate recovery programs).

You’d be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable about owning a hemp business in the south than Elisha. She’s been through it all: remaining informed about the latest developments in a complex and ever-changing industry, combating misinformation, dealing with everyday hurdles related to payment processing and other issues unique to the hemp industry. And despite these challenges, Elisha continues to grow her business in reach, revenue, and footprint.

As the “green rush” booms, Elisha’s status as a pioneer in the industry makes her an excellent resource for all things hemp and CBD. She regularly participates in speaking engagements in which she shares the facts about CBD, updates about policy in the hemp industry, hemp as healthcare, CBD’s impact on the opioid epidemic, and other topics. Elisha’s talks always inspire a very engaged crowd with a lively Q&A session — and many participants even hang around after an event has ended to talk more.

If you would be interested in having Elisha participate with your organization, conference, or event, please use the contact form at the bottom of this page to share more details.
